All gold jewellery manufactured by Butterfly Gem Collection is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects resulting from normal use. The warranty also covers loss or breakage of the Bfly® stone.
This warranty does not cover loss or theft of the product or a component of the product. Neither does it cover any alteration of the product, any wear caused by time, normal maintenance of the product or oxidation of jewellery under 14 carats. In addition, products manufactured by other companies and sold by Butterfly Gem Collection are not covered by this warranty (for example, gold chains, bracelet chains, earring clutches).
Bfly® will repair any product covered by this warranty provided the service conditions have been met. If repair of the product is not possible, Bfly® will replace it. No refunds are covered by this warranty.
For the Bfly® warranty to take effect, the jeweller must complete the warranty certificate and record the date of purchase on it.
To claim on the warranty, it is recommended to contact the jeweller. Nonetheless, it is also possible to send the defective product, accompanied by the duly completed warranty certificate and $5.00 for shipping and handling, to Bfly® at the address listed below.
The jeweller must charge the customer the shipping and handling fee of $5.00 and send this fee and the product to Bfly® at the address listed below. If a jeweller decides to exchange the product in the store, then send the defective product to Bfly®, Bfly® will take full responsibility to return the repaired product in the event that repair is possible.
