Can I get there through public transport?
Yes, several bus routes will take you to our site. We are located in the parking lot of Centropolis, behind Cineplex Odeon. Bus stop close from us are serviced by 60, 61, 66, 70 et 902

We are now open from July 1st to September 18th. Schedule will change from September 6th.

How much time do we have for the activity?
The activity is one hour.
Is my ticket refundable?
Please take note that the tickets are not refundable. If you miss your reservation, your tickets will stay valid. You can come at any time until September 5th.
Do I have to purchase my tickets ahead of time?
We recommend that you buy your tickets ahead of time to guarantee your spot in the timeslot you prefer.
Why do I have to provide my email address when making a reservation?
We ask for your email address to send you a confirmation message and your ticket when you reserve online.
Bfly will not use your email address for other purposes without your consent.
Must children be accompanied by an adult?
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are there attendants on site?
Yes, our facilitators are trained to ensure the safety of children.
Where can I obtain technical assistance with my online purchase?

Is the site accessible to persons with impaired mobility?
Our site is accessible for persons with impaired mobility, but take note that our toilet facility cannot accomodate a wheelchair. There’s toilets at the shopping center.
Is the site accessible for strollers?
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept strollers in the aviary. We will provide small stroller free of charge inside.
Are there parking charges?
No, a large parking zone is accessible free of charge.
Can we eat in the aviary?
No, eating or drinking anything else than water is only allowed in the designated zone. It is recommended to bring a water bootle or you can buy one onsite.
Do you have water?
The Actifly’s Delights snack bar sells water bottles.
Do you have washrooms?
Yes, restrooms will be available onsite.
Can we organize a children's party?
No, unfortunately we have no space to organise birthdays.

Yes, service dogs or guide dogs are allowed in the BFLY aviary. However, other animals are not allowed in the aviary.
