Annual membership cards

Annual membership cards cannot be reimbursed or transferred. Use of the membership card is strictly restricted to the cardholder. Boutiques Bfly Inc. reserves the right to confirm the adult cardholder’s identity by requesting a photo ID on site. The annual membership is valid for 365 days following the issue of the card to the Bfly member.

Availability of products - online
Products offered on the bfly.com website are available in stock. However, it is possible that a product offered online is sometimes not offered in store. The website reflects the availability of products at the time of our most recent inventory update (daily).

Boutiques Bfly Inc. is not liable for out-of-stock products due to the deferred update of its inventory. In such a case, Boutiques Bfly Inc. undertakes to notify its clients and issue reimbursements as soon as possible.

Cancellation Birthday Package
Birthday packages can be cancelled without charges 48 hours before the reservation date. No refund if cancellation less than 48 hours before the birthday. The date of the birthday can be moved later if cancellation within 48h of the birthday.
Cancelling or modifying an order - online
Recent orders can be cancelled while they are pending at the online-order processing center. Unfortunately, if your order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you’ll have to return the merchandise. Online orders cannot be modified.

Cocoons, plants, caterpillars, etc.

Breeding kits, emergence kits, plants, geodes, and crystals sold in bulk cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.

Delivery - online
Standard delivery in Canada is free for orders of $100 and above. Shipping fees for orders are calculated for the cart during the “Proceed to checkout” step.

Orders are delivered by Canada Post in 3 to 10 business days. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once the order is shipped.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be reimbursed or exchanged. Their value is in Canadian currency, and they can be used to purchase merchandise or tickets for Bfly experiences. Gift cards can be recharged. Boutiques Bfly will not replace lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. Applicable only in shop.

Return and exchange
Time limit for exchanges and reimbursements:

Reimbursements: 10 days following the purchase or delivery.

Exchanges: 30 days following the purchase or delivery.

Products must be new and in their original packaging, including tags. Proof of purchase is required (invoice or online order number).

No reimbursement or exchange allowed for customized products or products purchased at other retailers.

Returns in stores
Items purchased from Boutiques Bfly Inc. (in store or online) can be exchanged or returned in our Bfly store. (Except for jewelry and watches.)
Returns by mail
Only clothing items can be exchanged and reimbursements by mail.

The cost of using return labels in Canada is usually $5, but can vary based on product weight and size. Shipping fees paid when ordering are not reimbursed.

Watch
Guarantee

Your BFLY® watch has been built to most exact scientific specifications with standard interchangeable parts.
With reasonable care your BFLY® watch will give you satisfaction for many years. Never remove the back or expose the movement. Battery replacement should only be done by a skilled technician as an improperly placed battery can cause serious damage to the module and can incur unnecessary costs. Watch use shall respect leaktightness specifications identified on the watch.

This BFLY® watch is guaranteed, for a period of one year for a digital display watch and two years for the analog display watch, from the date of purchase and against all defects of materials and workmanship by the manufacturer ONLY. This guarantee does not cover the stern, crown, wear to the case, strap, glass or battery.

Should this watch develop such defects within this period, it will be repaired or exchanged at our option providing it is returned to us with a proof of purchase and with this guarantee together with 5,00$ to cover the cost of handling, packing, taxes and return postage. (It is not a repair charge).
