Quebec birthdays

• No reservations are possible less than two weeks in advance and no modifications are allowed.
• Birthday party reservations can be modified by plus or minus 30% up to one week before the reserved birthday date. If the modification exceeds this percentage, additional fees may apply.
• The deposit is non-refundable.

First hour: Guided tour of the aviary with the entertainer or 18-hole mini-golf (recommended for ages 5 and up), followed by the mirror maze activity.

Second hour: Your table is reserved for 45 minutes, during which you can enjoy a cake (if you have selected one) and popcorn, accompanied by juice or slushies. Cake plates, spoons, and candles are included.

Subsequent hours: You will not have access to the table or room anymore. You are free to enjoy the play area. We recommend allowing 3 hours for a birthday party with the standard package and 4 hours if you add the glow-in-the-dark mini-golf to the aviary.*

*If you wish to add mini-golf to a birthday party scheduled for 2:00 PM, you must arrive one hour earlier and will not have access to your table or room before the scheduled time.

• You may bring only cold food but we offer pizza and other food option at the restaurant.
• Plates, spoons, and candles are included with the cake ordered through BFLY when you make your reservation. You may bring table decorations.
• Everything is decorated in the style of BFLY’s magical world; no walls are available for your use. Please do not stick or attach anything to the walls. No confetti.

The table package is an table on the open space mezzanine. You have a view of the play structure. The mezzanine is reserved for private parties and can accommodate up to three parties at a time. As the mezzanine is not wheelchair accessible, it is possible to move the party downstairs to the restaurant area free of charge upon request. Private party rooms are also available.

We have two medium party room for 8 to 12 people, and a large party room for 13 to 20 people. All rooms are decorated with murals.

• The two medium party rooms have one window overlooking the play area and is also located at ground level.
• The large party room is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. It has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the center.

We recommend allowing 3 hours for a birthday party with the standard package and 4 hours if you add mini-golf.

You only have access to the table or room in the first 2 hours.

Please note that mini-golf is recommended for children aged 5 and up and costs $10 per child. If the entire group participates, the two accompanying adults participate for free.

If you wish to add mini-golf to a birthday party scheduled for 2:00 PM, you must arrive one hour earlier and will not have access to your table or room until the scheduled time.

Admission for two adults is included.

Additional adults pay $16 to attend the birthday party.

Unfortunately, our caterer cannot guarantee that the food is allergen-free and it is not kosher. You can bring your own food (cold only) to eat on the premises.

NB: You are not permitted to bring your own cake if you haven’t purchased a birthday package.

The deposit required at the time of booking is $ 75. This amount is not refundable, but it will be deducted from your total bill when paying on site.

The deadline to reserve is 2 weeks before the anniversary. As the time slots are limited, it is recommended to book 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

A minimum of 6 children are required to book a birthday party with Bfly. If your group has less than 6 children, you can still take advantage of the birthday package for the same price. In this case, the extra entries can be used for adults.

• No discount is offered on the basic package, even if the number of guests is lower.
